We use this data to run the service you asked for, to review submissions, to email you about your submissions, and to keep the site secure. Our legal bases are contract and legitimate interests.

We send transactional emails about your account and your submissions only. No marketing without your consent.

If you tick the newsletter box we add your email address to Prompt to Production, our weekly newsletter, which is sent through beehiiv. You can unsubscribe from any issue or from your account page.

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to remember your theme. No advertising cookies.

The site runs on Lovable Cloud. Hosting and the database are provided by Lovable and Supabase, emails are sent through Lovable, and our newsletter is sent through beehiiv.

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the providers above so the service can run, or when the law requires it.

Account data is kept while your account exists. The record of templates you open is kept for up to 24 months. Contact messages are kept for up to 12 months.

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, or object to how we use your data. You can also complain to the ICO.
